Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

Reporting to Areas Sales Manager, you will be responsible for : 

• Achieving sales targets through promoting DealerSend products and services (including international, fulfillment, domestics service solutions) to existing and potential customers.
• Maintaining business relations with customers for fostering profitable sales.
• Coordinating with internal departments to provide excellent services (including on-boarding, daily operations) to customers.
• Hunting new business opportunities (including making outbound calls, customer visit).
• Handling daily sales inquiries.
• Making quotes and issue contract for customers whenever necessary.
• Providing up-to-dated market information to the management for business development plan

Requirements:

• Form 7 / DSE or above
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Sales experience in service industry with solid experience in customer acquisition and account management is preferrable
• Logistics experience (including Airfreight, Courier, Mail, e-Commerce) in service industry with solid experience in customer acquisition and account
  management is preferrable
• Aggressive, well-organized and customer focused
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
• Strong selling, presentation and analytical skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese, Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
